Liudmyla Havrysh

General Manager and Lead Senior Bookkeeping Professional with 18+ Years of Experience

Originally from Kharkiv, Ukraine, Liudmyla Havrysh brings extensive corporate accounting expertise to Protax+, delivering reliable bookkeeping services for small businesses in Bathurst and across New Brunswick. She has worked with major Ukrainian organizations including Serp i Molot, LLC Medical Health Centre, LLC Nova Era Company, and FLAS (a private joint-stock company), developing strong skills in full-cycle bookkeeping, bank and credit-card reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and accurate, tax-ready financial reporting. Before relocating to Canada, she also spent time as a Software Engineer at EPAM Systems, adding a tech-forward approach to cloud accounting tools and efficient workflows. Outside the office, Liudmyla loves Canada’s natural beauty and recharges with outdoor adventures and long beach walks along the Chaleur coast.

Bernadette Roy

Skilled Senior Bookkeeper with 24 Years' Experience

Originally from Petit-Rocher, Bernadette has been a Senior Bookkeeper at Protax+ since our very beginning. She is a proud mom to her son Jeremy and is one of the first welcoming faces you will meet when you walk through our door. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization and to all of our
clients. Among her impressive list of experiences, she worked for more than 16 years with the federal government in the social insurance card department. This numbers enthusiast loves helping entrepreneurs and clients navigate the world of numbers. In total, she has accumulated over 24 years of bookkeeping experience between the United Local Union and Carol's Bookkeeping. Her smile and her endearing personality also hides a multi-talented woman. During her free time, you can find her in her garden or in the wood shop practicing one of her passions, carpentry.

Junie Djembi

Bookkeeper

Originally from Cameroon, Junie arrived in Canada in July 2024, driven by a desire to explore new personal and professional opportunities. With over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping,
accounting, and management control, Junie possesses solid expertise, which she now applies to serving Protax+ clients.
Before joining our team, she held positions at LeBreton & Sons Fisheries Ltd and Papa Joe & Evy's Restaurant, where she quickly integrated into the local workplace. What she appreciates most about her role at Protax+ is the unique opportunity to deepen her understanding of the Canadian tax system across various business sectors. This experience represents a true catalyst for accelerated professional development, directly linked to her passion for numbers and her constant desire to learn. Junie also expressed her gratitude for the quality of life Canada offers, its cultural diversity, and how easily she was able to integrate. In her free time, she enjoys inviting friends over, watching videos, and especially sharing about the Gospel, a subject that is very close to her heart.

Katherine Lanteigne

Business Consultant and Marketing Expert with 15 Years' Experience

Originally from Petit-Rocher, Katherine is a passionate Marketing and Business professional and has been a consultant with Protax+ since the very beginning. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing and an MBA from Universite de Moncton. She has also obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Universite de Poitiers in France. With an impressive background in management, economic development, entrepreneurship and community
involvement, Katherine is passionate about her community and seeing it prosper. Her career has seen her lead organizations such as Women in Business NB as their Director, Chaleur Chamber of Commerce, Bathurst Regional Airport and she has even served her community as a City or Bathurst Councilor. Katherine has also shown her entrepreneurial and business spirit in partnering up with Michael Petrovici and starting up multiple businesses in the Chaleur region. When she is not working hard at improving our community, Katherine loves to travel the world and experience new places and cultures.

Michael Petrovici

Business Consultant and Startup Expert with 15 Years' Experience

Michael is originally from Deva, Romania. He immigrated to Canada together with his parents and younger brother in the year 2000. Michael is a serial entrepreneur who obtained his Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University. Within his 7 years in the Chaleur region, Michael, together with his life and business partner Katherine Lanteigne, opened and currently operates a portfolio of businesses. Passionate about economic development and growth, and a keen eye for present and future opportunities, Michael is working towards being an active driving force behind the economic development within the Chaleur region and beyond, by helping businesses and entrepreneurs grow and thrive. When he is not talking business, Michael is a foodie who loves to try new recipes and dishes and explore new flavours.
